12 | 13 HOW MUCH TO MIX Enter color code in the PaintManager program. Select the appropriate variant to mix. Warning message will flash if formula selected contains Limited Use Toner(s). Use the Volume Estimator function in your PaintManager program to determine how much color to mix. Single tap panel being painted for full paint, double tap for blend. NOTE: In PaintManager XI program software settings, the default Unit of Measure MUST be set to Fluid Ounces for Volume Estimator to function properly. TIPS: Volume estimator settings can be adjusted to customize amount needed per panel. Refer to the PaintManager XI eLearning course for help with settings. PaintManager XI software will prompt for the addition of each toner. Follow order of addition listed on the screen. PaintManager XI software will recalculate if an overpour occurs. Check recalculated volume to ensure it will fit in current container. Minimum quantity indicator will highlight in red for toner volumes that are too small. Increase mix volume or select Minimum Volume button to recalculate. Mixing reports are available through your PaintManager XI program. Ask your PPG rep for details. MIXING THE COLOR
