NEXT-GENER ATION PAINT TECHNOLO GY FOR C OMMERCIAL VEHICLES HAS ARRIVED INTRODUCING THE DELFLEET ONE TM SYSTEM The launch of PPG's new DELFLEET ONE ™ paint system incorporates next- gen coatings technology designed to deliver exceptional color capability, improved ease of use, and performance for commercial transport paint operations of virtually every size and specialty. The new system was born out of comprehensive customer research conducted by PPG. ALL FOR ONE. ONE FOR ALL. "When we set out to develop this technology, we first asked fleet operators, body builders and customers at truck repair facilities which feature improvements could best fulfill their needs for a premium paint system," explains Rick Westerlund, PPG director of marketing, commercial coatings. "The overriding goal was to develop one system well suited for all types of commercial transport applications. And we're more than confident that the Delfleet One system answers those needs, particularly in its ease of use and color-matching abilities. Plus, given its ultra-low VOC ratings, the system is positioned to meet any compliance requirements well into the future." COMPACT MIXING SYSTEM The Delfleet One mixing system includes the latest aluminum and pearl pigments to provide full color capability for basecoat, direct gloss and matte colors. In total, there are just 42 toners, four binders and four paint additives. Supporting the system is PPG's comprehensive color database offering thousands of OEM, fleet and transit color formulas.
